Are you an authorised agent for any brand?
No. RawaCool is an independent service workshop, and we are not an authorised agent or official representative of any of the brands listed. We service and repair their units, but official warranty and agent-supplied parts remain the agent's domain.
What's the advantage of using an independent workshop?
Impartiality. An agent sells its own brand; we sell no brand. When we tell you a repair beats a replacement — or the reverse — there's no interest behind it in steering you toward a particular product.
Do you work on every brand?
On most brands common in the Saudi market: LG, Samsung, Gree, Midea, Carrier, Daikin, York and others. If your unit is an unusual brand, tell us in advance so we can check parts availability.
Are spare parts available for all brands?
Common parts — capacitors, sensors, fan motors, contactors — are generally available for most brands. Model-specific control boards may need ordering, and we tell you the lead time before dismantling anything.
My unit is still under warranty. Should I use you?
If it's under a valid manufacturer warranty, going to the agent usually serves you better so the warranty isn't voided. We'll tell you that plainly rather than take the work.
Does the repair differ by brand?
The principles are identical — pressures, refrigerant and electricity are physics, not branding. What differs is error codes, electronics and parts availability. The most common faults (dust, leaks, capacitors) are shared across every brand.
Do you recommend one brand over another?
We don't promote a brand. We advise based on your usage, your city and your budget — and in Jazan, for instance, corrosion resistance matters more than any difference between two names.
Do you service these brands in commercial premises too?
Yes, and it's one of our strengths. Commercial systems — VRF, chillers and air handlers — we service locally, which is a rare capability in this region.
