WhatsApp is usually quickest for enquiries and photos; a direct call is better in an emergency. Both are available around the clock.
Do you work at night and on weekends?
Yes, around the clock, seven days a week. Emergencies don't wait for office hours.
What should I tell you when I get in touch?
Your city and district, the type of unit (split, window, cassette, central), and a description of the problem — not cooling? leaking water? won't start? tripping the breaker? A photo of the unit helps a great deal.
Will you quote a price over the phone?
We'll give you a general range, but not a final price for a fault we haven't seen. Anyone who does is either guessing or quoting a number that will change on arrival.
How quickly do you arrive?
We target 60 minutes across Abha, Khamis Mushait and Jazan. At peak summer that can stretch, and maintenance-contract holders get priority.
Is the inspection free?
We make any call-out charge clear before we set off — you won't be surprised by it on arrival.
Do you serve commercial premises?
Yes, under maintenance contracts with a guaranteed response time. Tell us the type of premises, the number of units and the system type.
What if it's an emergency right now?
Call directly and say it's an emergency. If the AC is tripping the breaker or you smell burning, switch it off and don't reset the breaker.
Do you serve outside the three cities?
We concentrate on the Asir and Jazan regions. If you're outside them, get in touch and we'll be straight with you about whether we can serve you to the same standard.
